1. Order Cancellation

• After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the package in accordance with our return guidelines below.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by all original tags, receipts, and certificates.

• Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or altered items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roseluxee.com with photos or unboxing video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our store, we will send an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Payment Mode: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).

• Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
